Binnen de opleiding SBRM is gestart met zogenaamde Retail project. Studenten werken in een groep aan de een opdracht bij een bedrijf en leveren een adviesrapport op. Mij werd gevraagd de financiële paragrafen van dit rapport te beoordelen. Een checklist werd mij ter beschikking gesteld. De studenten werd een feedback rapport toegezegd.
Tijdens de beoordeling van het eerste rapport aan de hand van de checklist werd mij duidelijk wat wij de studenten hebben gevraagd te doen. Het schrijven van een individueel feedback rapport per adviesrapport zou veel herhaling gaan betekenen. Derhalve besloot ik deze notitie te schrijven welke ik aan de student groepen ter beschikking stel met als doel hen op deze wijze te ondersteunen bij het eventueel repareren van hun rapport. Deze notitie kan door de student worden gebruikt om hun eigen werk te beoordelen, tekortkomingen vast te stellen en verbeteringen door te voeren.
Deze notitie kan ook bij toekomstige onderwijsactiviteiten worden benut.

1. Waarom wil je de financiële ontwikkeling van een bedrijf analyseren
Je wilt weten hoe een bedrijf zich financieel ontwikkelt omdat je een onderzoeksvraag wilt beantwoorden. Voorbeelden van dit soort onderzoeksvragen zijn: * welke invloed heeft een marketingcampagne op de winstontwikkeling * kan het bedrijf zich een bepaalde investering veroorloven * wil je in het bedrijf investeren door middel eigen of…...

The color in his work grew more vibrant, and he started really developing the classic style that he is famous for. Abstract art tends to detach completely from the physical appearance of the perceived subject matter. Expressionism can be defined by works in which the subject matter is deliberately manipulated to achieve an enhanced or exaggerated effect on the viewer. Finally, realism can be defined by an appraisal of objects, people, or scenery as they appear, without a gross distortion of reality. Pollock’s Male and Female was completed in 1942 utilizing oil on canvas. The painting depicts two dark, vertical shapes only vaguely offering hints suggesting the male and female subject matter. To the right is the male form, with its body covered with numbers and markings, while the female form appears on the left, and is mainly revealed by its extravagant eyelashes. Surrounding these two “figures,” and dividing them are a number of abstract nodes of color, rarely having a cohesive pattern. Were the painting unnamed, the viewer may be hard pressed to even make out the two forms. Upon research into the history of the painting and the artist, it’s worth nothing that Pollock suffered from recurring alcoholism and likely depression throughout his adult life.
