...The double album can mean a number of things for an artist. For the Wu-Tang Clan and Michael Jackson, it led to exponential career declines. For Biggie and Tupac, it led to grisly deaths. Jay-Z has chosen his own route: The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse lobbies for a position on top of the commercial hip-hop market. On his mid-to-late 90s Volume trilogy, Jay had steadily lost track of his confident street corner philosophy, but a series of battles led him to re-evaluate his career, resulting in the landmark album of his career: the prequel to this two-disc blowout was an inarguable masterwork of beautiful soul-struck production and serrated bling 'n' sting street rhymes sharp enough to eclipse even the heralded, barbs on 1996's world-memorized classic Reasonable Doubt. There's no deep concept or surrounding purpose behind this record: it's just pure confidence. Jay weaves his way through every imaginable style and flavor with unyielding expertise-- from the natural repetition of "A Dream" to the extreme assonance of "The Bounce" to the classic cocky confidence of "2 Many Hoes"-- driving home clear evidence that his top-tier emcee ranking is deserved, and that few could be as entitled. He's straight showing off on "Hovi Baby": somehow flowing effortlessly over Just Blaze's ridiculous 5/4 future-cop production, Jay's lyrics sound as if they were made on the will of God, with himself as the conduit and his voice as the fluid, talking about "chasin' the hi-hat all over......

Cases of delinquency have been decreasing but they are still too high (Saminsky, 2010 p.1). Juvenile Blueprint Programs aim at promoting the emotional wellbeing, behavior, physical health and education of the youth. There are a variety of blueprint programs for child delinquency some are involved in reforming the delinquent after the crime has taken place and others before. ...Introduction to PA1 for important information on how to study this course and complete the competency-based assignments. For an overview of your assignment responsibilities in this course, check the course schedule in the navigation pane. Online discussion instructions that outline the steps for starting work with your discussion group are provided in the Module 2 assignment. Module 1 assignment is an individual submission of multiple-choice and case questions. You will notice that the self-test and demonstration case solutions provided in this module and other modules attempt to cover all possible solutions and to provide an example of an “exceeds” solution. They may, therefore, be longer than would be required in an examination situation. You may wish to use the Competency Area Checklist to help you sort through the case data. Once you have determined which competency areas are relevant, consider the specific issues that need to be addressed. At times, the course materials use generic dates rather than real dates. When you come across instances of generic dates, consider the date to correspond with standards that are currently in effect. High Availablity Blueprints

...the Availability Digest Towards Zero Downtime: High Availability Blueprints August 2007 Vishal Rupani focuses on Microsoft Clustering in his very readable book, Towards Zero 1 Downtime: High Availability Blueprints. He first provides a high-level overview of many topics pertinent to high availability. He then devotes most of his book to Microsoft Clustering and to the proper installation of Microsoft’s Cluster Server and several of Microsoft’s cluster-aware applications. He follows this with a brief discussion of disaster-tolerant architectures, and concludes with a case study. High-Availability Topics Rupani begins with a definition of several high-availability concepts, such as planned and unplanned outages, single points of failure, mean time between failures and interruptions, fault tolerance, and redundancy. He then provides an overview of several important high-availability technologies. RAID RAID technology is the most common method to provide data resiliency. With RAID (Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks), data is redundantly stored on multiple disks such that, should one disk fail, the data can still be reconstructed. RAID arrays typically provide a hot-swappable capability so that a failed disk can be replaced without taking down the array. There are several configurations of RAID. Most stripe data across multiple disks to achieve improved performance. Mirrored disks, used by fault-tolerant systems and designated as RAID 1, provide......

This course addresses the many leadership styles and cognitive reasoning on the How and Why? Using the approaches will benefit and enable you to become a more effective and efficient leader. I believe being a great leader coincides with being a good listener as well as making tough decisions. This course examines and identifies the great managers and the not so good managers that you have personally dealt with. By identifying the characteristics of both of those managers it gives you a key to understanding why they were a great leader, or why they were a poor leader. I thought it is interesting to observe that all the leadership styles can be interchanged, and it is really a keen understanding, or insight into your own management style, your strengths and weaknesses. But, the more important aspect is an understanding of your employees, identify their strengths and weaknesses which will truly determine how effective your leadership style will be. I believe that in order to become a truly Dynamic Leader entails all of the above, and is an ever continuous evolving process.
