Executive summary
The Cadbury Company distributed 200 years ago and the name of the company are well known. The Cadbury made to sell variety of sweet chocolates. The taste of the chocolate still remains in tongue where the different taste from other company. The company continues to provide a best quality of the product. In Malaysia, the company supporting to make a decision to apply a performance Evaluation System. However all the mangers have to be train before start the performance evaluation system. Suggested to create this programme to develop employee better performance in present and also in the future.
